Nice large living/dining space!

Great, family and pet friendly property. We love this area, and the location and proximity to trails was perfect. Mason was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Very comfortable property!

Great quite condo. Positive: Nice quiet condo and had some great views. The downstairs bedroom was nice and shaded and cool. The host also provided games on the bookshelf so the wife and kiddo were able to play Uno and enjoy the evening after dinner. Really enjoyed the stay and will most likely stay here again.

Positive: There was a bit of confusion regarding the number of beds listed online, but the owner was very attentive to our concern and went above and beyond to make sure it was addressed and compensated. We truly appreciated the thoughtful service and the overall experience. Highly recommend!

Positive: Location. Efficiency. Cleanliness. Negative: I'm older so there were too many steps. The thermostat took a day to figure out. These were minor issues.

The floor plan is ideal for us and the neighborhood is beautiful. This year felt warmer than other summers so a window a/c unit for loft would help.

The property was in a great neighborhood, very quiet, cozy and close to everything. I was wishing that it had A/ C on a couple of really hot afternoons, but most nights cool down enough so that you dont need it. Actually having the windows open and smelling the spruce trees was really nice. The balcony was great for grilling dinner and star gazing. Overall we really enjoyed this place.

Perfect spot to enjoy the cooler weather in flagstaff.

Asked host to put us in another unit that was cleaner and didn’t have a million stairs to get down to the unit (my mom uses a Walker). Host said he had other unitybut would not accommodate us. When i looked at the unit it was filthy, looked like bed bug city. Disgusting. I requested a refund from VRBO and have called and emailed at least ten times with no help whatsoever. At this point, I am reporting the host and VRBO to the ADA for discrimination.

Came and spent one night, and regretted that we couldn't stay longer. Super cozy and exactly what our family needed.

Property was clean, good location and the best was the pellet stove.

This was our 1st stay at this location and will definitely NOT be out last. It is by far one of our favorite locations to stay at in Flagg now. My wife and our friends only had an overnight stay for a concert, but we'll be back again for a longer stay. Absolutely perfect!

As advertised- nice property!

It’s a nice location, but in need of some updates. The downstairs bedroom is on a bed with wheels. The upstairs bedroom is a tiny attic add-on, and not comfortable at all. The door is hard to open, and we just overall felt that it didn’t live up to the way it was listed.

Cool breezes and fresh air surrounded us during our stay. The condo floor plan worked well for our needs and we liked the porch too!

The communication with the property manager was excellent! We would have given this stay an overall rating of 5-Star if it weren't for the cleaning crew that did not finish their job before we arrived; they left towels and bedding in the washer and dryer and there was no toilet paper on either dispenser. With those two exceptions, this was a great place to stay for a week while we were in Flagstaff.

Nicely located older style Condo. Would stay here again on next visit. For anyone who has issues with stairs, this would not be suitable based on the # of stairs. For my family, this was not an issue.

Stayed here twice in a month. Both times, I cancelled my pet deposit since my dog could not go. I notified the owner a week before arrival of the change. He acknowledged that he would refund my pet deposit. First time, I had to keep requesting the refund several times. Finally got the refund. I still have not received the refund for the most recent cancellation. Reason given "VRBO is having problems with refunds". I will be disputing this with my credit card company. Maybe they will have better luck than I have had in getting a refund.

Great area! Quiet & relaxing!!

This property is a lived-in property meaning there are those small lived-in issues like sagging doors, wobbly bar stools, scratches. No place is perfect so like I said, small issues. Almost perfect location close to food shopping, and route 66. Oh, this place has a lot of stairs.

Old condo , well maintained . Door knob at the main door needs to be replaced. Very well with communication. Paid for cleaning fee but Was asked to do laundry for the towels .Did it but saying , we are on vacation .
