Maison Du Soliel
Maison Du Soleil exceeded our expectations. The photos are accurate, the house immaculate and the perfect place for our family of 6 (4 kids ages 10, 13, 16, 18) to quarantine and do remote on-line learning for a week. The home is very well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals in the kitchen or at the outside grill and we had Instacart deliver groceries the day of our arrival. The home is in a prime location for going on walks, bike rides or hikes as well as close to all stores and restaurants for "essentials". We wish we could have extended our stay, but unfortunately the house was not available. You will not regret choosing this property!!
Desert Cove
We really enjoyed our 2 week stay, beautiful landscaping in both the front of the house and the backyard! Completely private and quiet neighborhood, gorgeous interior design, amazingly comfortable beds throughout, pool area was like a mini resort, cool swings by swim up bar! Pool loungers extremely comfortable and great sun/shade exposure throughout the day!! Pool table was a plus, we played every night! Also a huge plus, we loved the indoor/outdoor music system that you could play anywhere and great setup with Pandora lots of stations to choose from!!

Elizabeth Shapiro
Elizabeth Shapiro is a licensed real estate broker with nearly a decade of experience in the vacation rental and real estate industry. After having her real estate license for only one year, Elizabeth co-founded the largest vacation rental management company (Bookmyvacay) in Arizona and later sold it to Vacasa, the world’s largest vacation rental management company. Recently, Elizabeth co-founded Porter, a luxury vacation rental management company and Vacation rental real estate brokerage. Elizabeth cultivates relationships with homeowners, real estate investors, and other relevant companies. She has closed millions of dollars in real estate sales, including for investment and design-build. Elizabeth also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Arizona State University. On top of running her company, Elizabeth is a devoted wife to her husband, David, and loving mother to her twins, Max and Hudson.
Michael Pedenko
After receiving his bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University, Michael went on to pursue a career in Phoenix’s booming real estate market. A few years later, he returned to ASU to obtain a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development (MRED) and went on to become co-founder and designated broker of Book My Vacay, which became the largest short-term vacation rental companies in the state of Arizona (at the time) and went on to be acquired by Vacasa- the largest VR management company in the world. Michael is now the co-founder of Porter, a short term property management company that specializes in identifying, acquiring, and operating the most successful short-term rental properties in the state. Aside from his day-to-day duties within Porter, Michael is married to his lovely wife, Zoya.
