What a cool historical home with very stylized architecture. The hosts are clearly focused on comfort - huge comfy couch and beds, with quality bedding. Good lighting! Excellent appliances in kitchen and laundry. The hosts are friendly, thoughtful, and responsive communicators. No room for a dishwasher, but an easy kitchen to work in. Enormous fenced in yard perfect for dog owners. Just needed to tuck the trash bin up against the gate to prevent escape. We didn’t use the grill or wood fireplaces but they looked nice. Also loved having the desk with big screen monitor in the bedroom, for catching up on work. The welcome binder and signs were really helpful too.

Spacious house on a huge property...in an urban area but felt rural. Quiet and well appointed. Just hung out, did puzzles, caught up on some tv series. Enjoyed our usual eating spots in Flagstaff.

Cannot say enough good things about this property! It was secluded and felt private, but was also so close to all the things we wanted to see while in Flagstaff. Being only 90 min away from the Grand Canyon was perfect, and we were able to make the trip twice during our stay! It was cozy, quiet, and had everything we needed. Would love to come back again!

House was very well appointed and centrally located. It’s on a very large piece of property and very private and feels secluded in the middle of the city would stay here again for sure.

This stay was one of the best VRBOs we have experienced! The architecture of the house is gorgeous and Mason has thoughtfully decorated and prepped the house very well. We were traveling from Phoenix to Page and stopped in Flagstaff for the night - this VRBO is so conveniently located in town yet still feels very quiet with plenty of room to yourselves. We had the delicious Cajun bbq joint right around the corner both nights too hahah Comfy bed and couches as well!

Loved the all wood interior. It felt cozy and well built. The large property was nice especially given its proximity to Downtown Flagstaff. We went on quite a few walks around the neighborhood and it was near a very large park where you could stroll through the awesome pines they have in Flagstaff. Beds were very comfortable (firm but not hard). The layout was a bit weird but that also is part of the charm I suppose. My only gripes was the checkin was pretty late and check out was pretty early compared to other places I stayed, and there was no dedicated fire pit outside which would have made hanging out there that much more fun.

I understand everyone has their own life they are living but seems like the communication was a little slow. Was totally professional on any questions we had before and during trip but it seemed delayed in the response time. Nice place and would consider again if I’m in area again.

Very welcoming host. The house was in town and convenient to shopping and dining. It was beautiful and we thoroughly loved the fireplace. The bed was very comfortable and the living area was super spacious. We will definitely be back.

The windows in the master room were great. Was such a cozy spot to hang. You get the privacy with the gated land but also so close to downtown. We loved and will return !

Absolutely AMAZING property. We absolutely loved the location which was close to shopping and restaurants but a great amount of space between you and the neighbors. The entire property is fenced which worked out great with our big dogs. One of the reviews mentioned the yard was not “maintained” but we have acreage and farm dogs so for us it was absolutely fine. With acreage you’ll get the occasional gopher hole or ant hill- everything was mowed and picked up IMO it is well maintained. This place has all the room, charm and ambience you will need. We will definitely book again, such a unique charming property- I would love to know the history of it!

Quiet and serene. Loved the stay. Just what we were looking for. Just a small jog to downtown and lots to do. We filled our time with exploring the antique shops and eating out.

Host was welcoming, everything was very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed the privacy of the house. The set up was also really good. Only mild complaint would be the small bathroom and sink/vanity. Also, although the house was clean, it did smell of pet urine. But overall, it was a nice property.

Abaolutely beautiful home, with a completely enclosed and fenced in two acres. Perfect for our pup. We loved it so much we booked it again before we left! We'll be back for sure.

This spacious and beautifully remodeled home is located in the heart of the city, offering a perfect blend of urban convenience and privacy. The enormous fenced lot provides ample space for kids to play, making it an ideal family home. The property is well-equipped with all the essentials, including condiments, but a dishwasher would be a welcome addition. While all the appliances in the house function properly, the bathroom sink is currently clogged. For a family of three, this home is an excellent choice. However, I would like to see two bathrooms, especially since I plan to visit again with my three children. It’s an unrealistic request, of course, but I still wanted to share it with a host. :-)

I definitely feel like this is a great property however I booked to bring my pets and ended up not bringing them, and thankfully so the yard is not maintained and has a lot of overgrown bushes and weeds the lot is filled will large ant hills this would have been an issue for my animals.The yard is really not usable, although it is large. Also the inside could use a very deep cleaning and things like couches and bathroom mats should not have human hair on them if property was cleaned properly between stays. Otherwise is a good place to stay.

The house was stylish with large rooms on a single level. The yard is quite large [almost 2 acres]. We were there for a week and did some of our own cooking and found the pots, pans, dishes and utensils to be new and of good quality.

Amazing getaway! Didn’t really have to leave the house. Everything was furnished except for food ! Our dogs love the spacious property. The only reason we give it 4 stars on cleanliness is because the property could use some good yard work and a little cleaning inside but nothing major. We’ll definitely be back for another stay!

Nice, private, historic, updated home on a large property nestled in a historic Flagstaff nearborhood close to downtown activities. Property manager was very prompt and responsive.

The house was beautiful! It had everything that we needed and more. I honestly wish I could have stayed longer and will definitely try to rent it again if we return. The hosts replied quickly with any concerns and were very accommodating! There were even suggests of places to visit or eat. The tub was luxurious

Nice place!! Away from town, and quiet private fenced in area, but very close to everything.

Property is super cute. Lots of land and a gate to close. The rooms are not separate but could be great for a couple or a small family. I’d even suggest a girls trip.

Property was really nice overall cleanliness was good only bedsheets and mattress covers should have been washed.Pillows need replacing because they are full of stains But the overall property house inside and out were great we liked it

We loved the lay out of the home. There is plenty of property to have your fogs or kids run. It is surrounded by other homes but we thought it was very comfortable. There is no dishwasher but we dont mind washing ourselves. There also is no bathroom in the master.we loved the amount of time it took to.the ski mountain and resteraunts. Would stay again.

It was a lovely home on a beautiful property! One of our favorite parts was the wood burning fireplace’s, there’s nothing like relaxing watching the fire at the end of an eventful day!

Positive: Beautiful house, cozy, and equipped with everything we need during our stay. The fireplace was really nice to have! Negative: Just had some issues with the big gate outside locking itself up.

It's a cool spot in the middle of what seems to be a church/preschool on one side and school on the other side and across from apartments. Has enough land that the neighbor is not smothering you as the house sits a good 50 yards from the entry gate. Was a bit expensive for the holiday week, stayed 5 days Saturday to Thursday. A bit awkward setup with two beds one king and queen in the main room. Overall, cool but wont stay again.

This is a unique property. It is 2 acres in the middle of town near shopping and restaurants. Being on 2 acres it is extremely quiet. The outdoor space is excellent for dogs. Had internet down when we arrived but host fixed immediately. Living and bedroom are extremely spacious. Everything was clean and the kitchen well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

This home is a hidden gem in the middle of Flagstaff. It has a page surrounding fenced area. Perfect for pets if you brought them with you. Home is a spacious one bedroom. It made our trip comfortable and much more enjoyable then staying in a hotel. Mason is super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

When we walked in we were nicely surprised and this spacious cozy home. Two wood burning fireplaces, large comfy sectional and huge dining table. Large fenced in yard where a deer was laying under a tree. Quiet! Close to everything! Host was exceptionally responsive to a couple of glitches but solved them immediately! Would stay again!!!

Very nice home with lots of privacy

My husband and I stayed at the Historic Ranch House in April 2024 and couldn't wait for a reason to go back. We got that opportunity in October 2024 and booked the house as soon as we knew our travel dates. The house is sooo comfortable, has everything a person could need and is in a great, safe location. We will definitely stay here again as soon as we get another opportunity to do so.

The home has a lovely Cabin in the woods feel but its right in town. very spacious and comfortable.

This home and property are really great - a true unique experience rather than the standard stuff. Its like being in a large midcentury cabin in the middle of your own park. A few very minor issues but 10/10 I would stay here again.

This historic ranch house was a fun place to stay. It is in the middle of a neighborhood that has grown around it, but the yard is fenced and very private. The house is clean and well-appointed. The location is really good as it is within walking distance to Bushmaster Park that has a dog park. The Buffalo Park is about 5 minutes away. It is easy to get to downtown plus there are some good places nearby (Satchmo’s)!

Wonderful place. Felt like we were staying in a museum! Convenient location for our short stay in Flagstaff. Close to national monuments and forest trails. We loved the floors, space, and cabin ambience in town.

We skied 3 days at Snow Bowl ski area Flagstaff Az. After a fun ski day it was so nice to come back to a beautiful home . We would love to come back next year

Large property with trees and natural vegetation. It was very quiet but conveniently located in town.

This is a fairly nice property but: Threadbare linens and old blankets, outdoor area is unkept/overgrown with worn outdoor furniture, lamps missing light bulbs, multiple clocks without batteries/rundown batteries, one hanger, dusty and dirty floors, windows. You receive reminders about checkout (some words in all CAPS). The requirements are: starting a load of towels, washing/drying putting all dishes away, taking out the trash. "We will NOT clean your dishes for free" The bathroom is extremely small with a tiny sink and no place to store toiletries or bathroom necessities. Otherwise it is a large house with a dark living room space.

We rent this property often for our Doctor visits to . Flagstaff. We love staying in this historic home on 2 acres.

We’ve stayed at Mason’s place a few times and I always have the best night’s rest. It is so quiet and the bed is very comfortable! Looking forward to our next opportunity to return!

Great place for a small group of family and friends to come together for graduation from NAU. Apart from a couple minor issues ( 15 lights burned out and no dish rags and no carafe for the coffee maker) it was a great place for our celebration. Would rent it again.

This cabin feels like you’re out in the woods, yet you’re moments from every thing available in town. Very nice and private.

We enjoyed our stay at the rock house cabin. Some of the things we enjoyed are: - close proximity of dining shopping stores - cozy comfortable one room with extra bed - the Ugg blanket was a nice touch to the bed - the cabin ambiance added to the mountain cabin experience - smart tv and entertainment available - Snowbowl is abt a 20 min drive - gated property was safe for kids and family My family had a blast and would love to have the option in the future to rent this property again.
