Within a 10 min walk or a few minutes' drive, duck ponds, hiking trails, mountain biking trails, and off-road roads are accessible. House Rules: -**NO street parking**. Enforced by HOA. They will tow your vehicle, and you will be issued a fine** Please plan accordingly! -No parties: $1000 fine -Quiet hours between 9 PM and 7 AM -Pets: We do allow pets with an additional fee. We have an "all-four-on-the-floor" policy. No pets on beds or furnishings. If this policy is broken, guests are responsible for additional cleaning fees and up to full replacement of bedding. -No fires outside designated firepits -Guests who do not depart on time without prior communication will be issued a fine of $50 per 15 minutes -For stays longer than 10 nights, the cleaning fee doubles to deep clean the property after the guests' stay.
