The Continental Country Club is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood and the only Public Golf Course in the area. We are easy to work with and offer this home as a location to make for a memorable trip to Flagstaff. :) *Country Club amenities are not included within your rental* *For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.* *If you choose to bring a pet there is a pet fee associated with your stay, and we have a "four on the floor" policy. This means the dog is allowed in the home as long as it stays off all beds and furniture. Please make sure your pet is included in your reservation and the fee with automatically be applied to your stay. * *If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation* *Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes.
