The HOA enforced this with towing and fines* --Home Rules-- -No outside fires except for the gas firepit provided -No parties -No smoking inside the home ($500 fine) -We do allow pets for an additional fee.***No cats*** Our policy is "all-four-on-the-floor". No pets in beds or on furniture. Additional cleaning fees will be applied if violated. Sheets and bedding will be discarded, and guests will be responsible for replacement if pet hair is found. Please make sure your pets are included in the reservation, and the fee will automatically be applied to your stay. -There will be a fee applied if guests do not depart from the home on time. -We are not responsible for left or lost items. If found, we can return the items for the cost of shipping plus a $50.00 flat rate fee. -Damaged items: If any item is damaged or stolen, guests will be responsible for the cost of replacement plus a $25.00 replacement fee
