Great place to stay!

Beautiful place and pictures are very accurate! We loved watching the deer right off the balcony! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable! Wish there was assigned parking, when we got back later at night we had to park several units down. That being said I still rate this 5 stars and would definitely book again!

What an amazing place Mason has. Cozy, updated and nearly every single thing you could need is all there. Coffee, snacks, shampoo/conditioner, soap, laundry soap, cozy throw blankets, plenty of electrical plugs, easy access for entry. Our daughter is a student at NAU and just happens to live in the next building over. The proximity is ideal for us, and we plan on making many more visits.

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay at this vacation rental! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was super clean and equipped with all the modern amenities we could need. The spacious living areas and cozy bedrooms made it feel like a true home away from home.The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive, providing clear communication and thoughtful accommodations. We will be definitely be coming back.

    Home policies: -Cleaning fees will be double for all stays that are 10 nights and over -No parties -No smoking ($500 fine) -We do allow pets for an additional fee (No cats). Our policy is "all-four-on-the-floor." No pets in beds or on furniture. Additional cleaning fees will be applied if violated. Sheets and bedding will be discarded and guests will be responsible for replacement if pet hair is found. Please make sure your pets are included in the reservation and the fee will automatically be applied to your stay. -There will be a fee applied if guests do not depart from the home on time. $30 for every 15 min past checkout time unless previously arranged with host -We are not responsible for left or lost items. If found we can return the items for the cost of shipping plus $50.00 flat rate fee. -Damaged items: If any item is damaged or stolen, guests will be responsible for the cost of replacement plus a $25.00 replacement fee.
