With a private office and ample space, this stunning retreat balances work, play, and ultimate comfort in style. --Home Layout--- *Garage* -Room for parking 1 vehicle. The other half of garage has home gym equipment. *First Floor* -Living room -Kitchen -Full bathroom off hallway -Laundry room -Master Bedroom: Walk-in closet, back deck access, full bath w/separate toilet room, large tub, walk in shower -Office room -Poker area -Garage access *Second Floor* -Guest bedroom #1: Queen bed, chair, small desk w/chair, walk-in closet -Guest bedroom #2: Queen bed, chair, walk-in closet -Full hallway bath w/dual vanities -Guest bedroom #3: Queen bed w/ walk-in closet -Theater room -Game room/ Guest bedroom #4: Two Queen bunk beds. Queen bed on bottom, Twin on top. Xbox, Arcade game, full bath w/walk-in shower --Home policies-- -No outside fires except for the gas firepit provided -No parties -No smoking ($500 fine) -We do allow pets for an additional fee.***No cats*** Our policy is "all-four-on-the-floor". No pets in beds or on furniture. Additional cleaning fees will be applied if violated. Sheets and bedding will be discarded and guests will be responsible for replacement if pet hair is found. Please make sure your pets are included in the reservation and the fee will automatically be applied to your stay. -There will be a fee applied if guests do not depart from the home on time. $30 for every 15 min past checkout time unless previously arranged with host -We are not responsible for left or lost items. If found we can return the items for the cost of shipping plus $50.00 flat rate fee. -Damaged items: If any item is damaged or stolen, guests will be responsible for the cost of replacement plus a $25.00 replacement fee Guest have full access to the home with exception to a closet to keep supplies Guests are free to reach out anytime they please. Everything was excellent. Very clean property, well stocked. only suggestion that Check out time should be 11 am or later. 10 am is too early.

Beautiful home. So many great amenities in the home to fill anyone’s desire. Location is next to easy to access grocery, gas and restaurants. Friendly, quiet neighborhood with the occasional deer sighting . Host was very communicative and welcoming. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Would definitely stay here again!

Positives:-Great large space for families. Cozy living room with vaulted ceiling into an open kitchen, and game room is perfect for kids. Nice separation between adults and children as needed. We appreciated the full size crib for our 2.5 year old. -Quiet neighborhood and short drive to downtown Flagstaff.-Easy check in and clear check out instructions. Negatives: -Terrible communication/timing with the host. We were told about a non-functioning main fridge while en route to AZ on the day of check in. While a replacement was provided, it was located in the garage (no ability to make ice either) causing a major inconvenience given the price we paid for our stay. Additionally, the host did not offer any partial refund. We attempted further communication to discuss a partial refund but have yet to hear back in several weeks. Our next communication will be with Vrbo direct to try and rectify.-Outdoor spa had lukewarm water at best and zero lighting…might be better in the summer with more natural light into the late evening. -Fire pit area did not work due to lack inoperable gas line…followed the detailed directions but no luck. Had we not had these issues with the residence, lack of timely communication with the host, and having an equitable resolution, this would have been a 10/10 location.

What a wonderful and beautiful home! We could not have asked for a more perfect location for our family. The house has so much space and so many things for all ages to enjoy. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the large table accommodated our big family. Communication was great and we felt very welcomed here. We will definitely be looking forward to staying here in the future.
