Loved this property. Had two families and the big kitchen and game room made the stay super awesome! Keeping 5 kids happy thru the evening in winter is no small feat and this property delivered.

We want to ensure that your stay with us is enjoyable and stress-free, so we have a few house rules in place. First and foremost, we kindly ask that there be no parties during your stay. Our home is meant to be a peaceful retreat for our guests and we want to respect our neighbors as well. We also have a strict no smoking policy. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fine, as we strive to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all of our guests. Cleaning fees will be double for all stays that are 10 nights and over. If Hot Tub is found dirty, there is a $100 fee that will be processed for draining and refilling. We do understand that pets are a part of the family and we do allow them in our home. However, we have a "All-four-on-the-floor" policy to ensure the cleanliness of our premises. This means that your furry friends are not allowed on beds or furniture. Any evidence of pets on these areas will result in additional cleaning charges and potentially the replacement of sheets and bedding. Please note that while our home does have a garage, it is not suitable for parking a vehicle. However, guests do have access to this space to store personal or bulky items. Please keep in mind that this is not a guaranteed amenity and there should be no expectation that a car can fit inside. Lastly, we want to remind guests that outdoor fires are not allowed, with the exception of the gas fireplace. This is for the safety of our guests and the neighborhood.
