For stays longer than 4 weeks snow removal services will come at an additional costs*** * -Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes. -There is an additional fee for having pets. Please make sure your pets are included in the reservation and the fee will automatically be applied to your stay. *There will be a refundable security deposit placed on your card three days prior to your stay. The security deposit will automatically be released after your stay upon inspection of the property.*
