Reviews

The house is clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The neighborhood is in a great location with hiking and biking trails all around and all the homes are neat and well kept. Close to town and grocery stores as well as many Flagstaff activities. Highly recommend this rental property!

    -No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $500.00, and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately. -No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00 -$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour. -Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to the owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee. -No FIRES outside of the designated gas fire pit. Fine $200.00 + Cost of cleanup -Pet policy: Pets are allowed with an additional fee (NO CATS). Our policy is "all 4 on the floor," which means that pets must stay off of all furniture, including beds and couches. Evidence of pets on beds or couches will result in additional cleaning fees. Please make sure your pet is included in your reservation, and the fee will automatically be applied to your stay. There will be a $500 fine on top of any pet fees if a pet is not disclosed -All guests must be approved by management before occupying the home. All guests must be included in the reservation. -No subleasing or transient lodging with guests outside of the guests stated in the reservation.
