Clean and comfortable!

This house was awesome. There was 6 of us ladies we are all seniors. We loved that you could pull into the garage. And walk into the house. The house was very clean, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was really nice looking and we felt safe. I wish all the vrbo’s I have stayed in was this nice. And mason was there if we needed anything. I can’t say enough about this house. But it may our stay so nice and relaxing. Thanks mason for a home away from home.

This house was great and perfectly met our needs. It was quiet, clean, and equipped with the essentials. The floorplan was ideal, and it was well-decorated. Instructions from the owner/manager were timely and complete. It was nice to find little things provided for us, like dishwasher detergent pods in the kitchen and Tide pods in the laundry room. We were able to pack clean laundry for the trip home, which made arriving back home all the better, with no laundry to catch up on.

The house is very clean and super cozy, beds are really comfortable and has all you need in the kitchen too! The fire pit is perfect on a crisp, cool night. The owner communicates very well and checking in and out is so simple. I highly recommend this home fir your stay in Flagstaff.

It can be a challenge to find a really nice house that accepts dogs, but this place is wonderful. Interiors are very clean with nice decorator touches. Comfortable, newer furniture made us feel at home. We liked that the refrigerator was spotless, not filled with a stranger’s leftover condiments. Everything is in good working order.This house is in a very cute little neighborhood with excellent access to town and hiking. The outdoor space is cozy and comfortable, with a secure fence. Nice combo of “grass” and gravel for our pup. Communication with the host could not have been better. Clear and concise, plus he answers quickly. He seems genuinely happy to provide a home away from home.We definitely recommend, and will book again.

Cute house, close to town, beds were comfy!

House was very clean and nice location. The listing says 3 bathrooms but it was only 2.5 baths. The bedroom listing is also confusing. It’s a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, another queen bedroom and then a single in the hallway/nook. The queen beds were soft and could use new mattresses. But overall nice house.

With regards to the home we stayed at it was excellent. Communication with the owner was excellent. Unfortunate circumstances not related to the property did dampen our visit but that is beyond anyone's control.

We were very happy with our comfortable stay. Google maps are wierd, directing us to the wrong home. But, we figured it out with Mason's quick response.

The home itself was clean and beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals. Floors were clean, you could walk around barefoot or in socks and not end up with dark stains clean. The garage was large enough to fit our full sized Silverado. Would definitely stay again.

The home was perfect! It was a total of 5 of us and my dog. It's super close to everything. You're literally 5 minutes away from downtown Flagstaff. The community is very calm and clean. I loved it.

This house was immaculate, and whoever decorated it has great taste. It's super cute and in a nice neighborhood. The owner was easy to communicate with, and we had no problems. My only note to future renters is that the kitchen has not yet accumulated the "stuff" that is left by others. So, it doesn't have spices, oils, food storage (foil, plastic, etc), at this point. We rent so many houses that we've gotten used to those types of staples being present. But, it wasn't a problem. We just hit the Safeway, which is only a couple minutes away.

My husband and I took a long road trip and this was our last stop. We had many different stays in 6 different states and were glad to have the best, last. The neighborhood is very pretty and feels secluded. This is an EXCELLENT home and we were shocked at the value. It’s very large, spacious and comfortable. I’m a clean freak and this house was truly clean….even the blinds and windows. We noticed all of the little extras too… such as Kleenex, a large TV, a remote for the garage door and most importantly, large coffee mugs! 😉Most VRBOs only provide dinky ones. Mason, the host, was very responsive and helpful. He accommodated our request to come a day early and this was so appreciated.

This house was a great stay for our family of 6 (2 adults, 1 teen, 3 kids). It was really clean, very spacious, and we had everything we needed. The host was great at making check-in super easy. We used this as a jumping off point to explore the Grand Canyon and some other areas and wish we had booked another night. We will absolutely be return visitors if we are in the area again!!

This home was perfectly situated for our sightseeing trip of Flagstaff and North Arizona. The home was very clean and comfortable and has modern appliances and a washer and dryer. Just a short drive to downtown Flagstaff too! The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

This home is exceptionally clean and has everything you need to feel right at home. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Our daughter was without a place to stay for a week between moving out of on-campus housing at NAU to off-campus housing. Mason allowed us to load her stuff into the garage ahead of check-in when we found ourselves with a full van and a need for space to do some shopping. Mason was quick to respond to the few questions that we had. We will definitely stay here next time if it is available.

Everything about this stay was great. Easy check in and really lovely accommodations. Will definitely seek to stay here again next time I'm in the area.

My daughter and several of her friends stayed at this property for 3 nights during a recent visit to Flagstaff. They loved the property for it's location, cleanliness and excellent condition. One of my daughter's friends described it as the best VRBO she ever stayed at. My daughter commented that the beds were very comfortable too. Communication with the owner (Mason) was easy and he was very responsive to any questions or needs. I would highly recommend this property for your next visit to Flagstaff.

This home is just as described in the write-up! It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable! Kitchen has all that you need and the bed in the master was very comfy! Our 2 dogs enjoyed the backyard and the walks in the cute neighborhood! There is even a park and fenced in dog area within a couple blocks of the home. The location is great right off I40 and close to Snowbowl for a hike. We took our dogs to Bearizona for a drive through and we all thought it was amazing! If you have not been, take the trip! Mason was awesome to communicate with and we all look forward to returning again to stay in this beautiful home! Thank you!

Such a wonderful neighborhood, clean and peaceful stay!

We thought that this was a 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath house, which is why we rented the house for the family reunion. We were disappointed to find 2 1/2 baths for the six adults. You might consider turning the water heater temperature down as the kitchen and br sinks water came out quite hot. Also, a heads up on how steep the stairs to the bedrooms would have been helpful.

We are traveling home to Kentucky, and Flagstaff was our first overnight stop. The house was comfortable and we loved it. Bathrooms and kitchen were modern and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the backyard and patio and spent time with our little dog there. The beds were super comfy, and having a garage to park in off the street was very convenient. We would recommend 100%.

The pictures of this place do not do it justice. It is absolutely beautiful. Everything is immaculate. Even the pots and pans are top end which you rarely see in a VRBO rental. Communication with the owner was seamless and immediate. The house is set in a residential area, but close to anything you could want including grocery stores and the downtown restaurants (about 10 minute drive away). Would recommend this to anyone.

Mason was delighttful to work with and the house was true to what was advertised online - Thank You! Wonderful neighborhood with close by trails for hiking with the dog and friends. Beds were very comfortable, master bathroom was wonderful and the kitchen was easy to work in (for those who like to cook at home). My only reccomendation would be to have more condiments available to the house guests. Otherwise, this was a wonderful vacation and a beautiful home. Many thanks!

The house is new. Very clean. Mason is great at communication—answered very quickly. Sent welcome and reminders during the week. Large master bath. Also, very convenient to have washer and dryer upstairs. Very close to grocery stores and downtown restaurants. It was nice to have a garage door opener so we didn’t have to get out and use the keypad every time. Only negative is bed was a little too soft.

Everything about this unit was perfect. Five people stayed here, and they were very comfortable and felt right at home in this spacious unit. No one would be disappointed in staying there, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to my friends and family.

We stayed at this lovely home in Flagstaff and made it our home base for trips to the Grand Canyon, Verde Valley and Sedona. The house was clean and had plenty of room for the three of us to stretch out and have our own space. Our host Mason, was very communicative with us and sent reminders about taking out trash and check out instructions.

The house was very well decorated and modern so it made it feel like you were at home. The location was great a quick 5 min drive to everything you need to get to. Overall the experience was awesome!. I would highly recommend for your next stay! We will definitely be back again.

We (6 of us) stayed at this location. All agree it was a wonderful place. Convenient location, access to everything. Clean, beautifully furnished and an hour and a half drive to the Grand Canyon. The garage was an added bonus as was the outdoor space. The washer and dryer came in handy as well. Martin, the owner, was fast to respond and took care of a minor issue within the hour. Don’t hesitate to book this property.

We loved everything about this house it was perfect for our family of 5. We would definitely stay again!

Went up for the weekend for the family. Got to the house drive way was covered in snow. Couldn't get in garage until removed some snow. Garage door stopped working on 2nd day of being there worked once. Front door didn't want to lock. Master bathroom sink didn't drain. No ice shovel. Bare minimum. No bad just not expected from all the Vrbos we have stayed at.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We're looking forward to another stay soon!

Clean and close to everything in flagstaff

We had a lovely stay here. Everything was very clean and the small yard was perfect for our dog.

Great! We had two small dogs and the little fenced yard was perfect for them! Had great dinner at Fat Olives! Neighborhood quiet and home immaculate! Bed so comfy! Im already telling my friends!

House is very tidy and well put together. The garage is amazing and the giant Yukon we were driving fit easily. Self check-in was easy, and a godsend as we didn’t arrive till midnight. All in all was super impressed with the cleanliness, quietness and convenience.

We loved our stay here!! The house is large, nicely decorated, comfortable (BEDS WERE AMAZING!), and very clean. Close to Flagstaff so it was a quick drive when we wanted to venture out. The wooded neighborhood was really nice to walk around in (the neighborhood also has 2 different kids' playgrounds/equipment we found!) and enjoy the fall weather. Madison our host was amazing and super responsive- we plan on booking again this winter!
