Welcome to our Modern Midtown Home! Here we believe your vacation should be just as fun as it is relaxing! With a modern and comfortable design, plush furnishings, modern appliances, tons of fun games, and a fully fenced backyard. Our home is a place we hope you'll never want to leave! The only thing we are missing....is you! We are close to Downtown Flagstaff, NAU, and many other Flagstaff attractions! Here is the layout of the space. The home is all on one level so no pesky stairs! There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms in the home: 1) Master: Queen (Sleeps 2). Full bath with walk-in shower and a walk-in closet. 2) Guest bedroom #1: Full (Sleeps 2). Small walk in closet 3) Guest bedroom #2: Queen (Sleeps 2). Sliding door closet. Both of the Guest bedrooms have access to a full bathroom in the hallway. The backyard is a smaller, narrower yard that wraps around about 1/2 of the home. Perfect for letting your dogs out to have some space during your time here. Parking: The home has a two-car garage and 1-2 parking spaces out in front of the garage. Winter ordinances in Flagstaff do not permit street parking during the months of November-April. Laundry: Guest have access to a full washer and dryer (Free) During your stay *For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.* *There is an additional fee for having pets. Please make sure your pets are included in the reservation and the fee will automatically be applied to your stay.* *For cancelled reservations, anything within the cancellation window will be granted a full refund minus the 4% processing fee.* *If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation* *Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes.*

The house was not in the location I thought it was but at least it was on the side of town most activities occured. This is the cleanest most organized house I have stayed at. Everything you need is there and it is extremely comfortable. My boys said they slept better there than anywhere they have ever slept. Quiet neighborhood too considering the houses are very close together. It was absolutely perfect!

The house was great-very comfortable for our group. We had one small issue which was taken care of promptly. We did day trips to Sedona, Antelope Canyon and the Grand Canyon. The house was a good home base. Also cooked a Thanksgiving dinner! The kitchen had everything we needed.

We had a great time! I would recommend it! Positive: Very reasonable, clean, simple and great heater! Negative: Could use some more condiments like creamer for the coffee in the morning. It was a little congested location-wise with the nearby homes. Would be good to have a sleeper couch for two more people, especially children, and a couple more blankets.

Had a nice family weekend up in flagstaff at this house. We have stayed in this neighborhood before and this was definitely a very nice property for us. Comfy beds and very quiet neighborhood. We come up about once a month to visit our kids and we would definitely stay here again if we are traveling with more than just me and my wife. I will say that I have never gotten hot water so fast in any property I have stayed at. Not sure what magic they have going on in there but it is nice not to have to waste gallons of water waiting for the shower to heat up.

Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately. -Pet policy: Pets are allowed with an additional fee (NO CATS) our policy is "all 4 on the floor" this means that pets must stay off of all furniture including beds and couches. Evidence of pets on beds or couches will result in additional cleaning fees. Please make sure your pet is included in your reservation and the fee with automatically be applied to your stay.
